The story goes way back in 1992, when this gem Ugh! was launched on Amiga and PC. The game scenario is on Prehistoric era where a guy left heart broken and decides to make money with a prehistoric helicopter taxi roaming and taking passengers in caves?!? Well its a funny game if you ask me!
The game started as a challenge with a friend if i can make a game within 12 hours with the help of chat gpt and went well, it is made on html and javascript, chat gpt was not always helpfull and i had to make some annimations manual, so many of the delays on that 12 hour challenge was miscommunications with the chat gpt but finally all went well. It is available online, mobile and windows executable for installation or portable versions.
Current version of the game is 1.02b and can be developed way further
The game was made with html and javascript and its quite light although i wanted mp3 quality soundtrack and makes it a bit bigger and for the Windows Setup & Portable Version the libraries that make it ~113mb each
The soundtrack features music from the original Ugh! (1992) Amiga soundtrack, composed by Rudolf “Rudi” Stember, together with Banjo Guy Ollie’s cover of the Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe theme. Prehistoric Taxi is a fan-made freeware project, and all music rights remain with their respective rights holders.
